At TradeTack, all eligible products are covered by our 5-day Product Trial & Return Policy. This guide explains exactly how to submit a return request and what to expect.
An item may be returned if all of the following apply:
• The product is marked as eligible for trial or return on the product page
• The return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery
• The item is returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories
Log in to your TradeTack account
Go to your Order History
Select the relevant order and submit a return request
Include your order number and a clear reason for the return
Our support team will review your request and notify you by email once it has been approved.
Return addresses are not provided automatically at checkout.
Once your return is approved, you will receive:
• The correct return address
• Detailed return instructions
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• A prepaid return label is not automatically provided
• Tracking information is required for all returns
Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item:
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
• If the return does not meet the condition requirements, it may be denied and you will be contacted
