Purchasing a bit and bridle is difficult at the best of times, now add in COVID and stores closed. Victoria, at Eaglewood was super helpful and went above and beyond to suggest the best bit for my horse. I'm currently working with Victoria to order a new bridle. I love this online store! I had amazing customer service when I emailed and asked about what product I should use for my dog who gets hot spots to help reduce the itch. The product can also be used on people which works out great in the summer and for little kids.
