Terms & Conditions
Buyer Protection, Trials & Returns
- TradeTack provides Buyer Protection to help ensure buyers receive items as described.
- Only products explicitly marked as “5-Day Trial Eligible” qualify for trial returns.
- All other sales are final unless Buyer Protection applies.
- Return requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe. Approved returns are shipped according to instructions provided by TradeTack.
Shipping
- Sellers are required to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- TradeTack may intervene under Buyer Protection if sellers fail to meet shipping obligations.
Payments & Escrow
Payments are processed at checkout and held in escrow by TradeTack.
Funds are released to the seller only after:
- Delivery is confirmed, or
- An applicable 5-Day Trial period has ended without an approved return.
- TradeTack manages the escrow process and is responsible for resolving disputes and Buyer Protection claims.
Platform Responsibility
- TradeTack operates as a marketplace and does not own inventory.
- However, TradeTack is the final decision-maker for disputes, returns, and Buyer Protection claims conducted through the platform.
