Product Condition & Accuracy Disclaimer

• While we strive to maintain high platform standards and offer a 5-Day Trial on eligible products, TradeTack does not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, sizing, colors, or other content on the site are completely error-free, accurate, or current.
• Pre-owned or used equestrian items may exhibit wear consistent with prior use as described by the respective seller.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

• All orders are shipped by independent sellers or trusted carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx).
• TradeTack is not responsible for transit delays, customs holds, weather disruptions, or delivery failures caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched within our standard 1–3 days handling and 4–10 days transit timeframe.

Limitation of Liability
