All sales are final and non-refundable unless the seller explicitly offers a refund policy on their product.
Exceptions Trade Tack May Consider (Only if Seller Allows Refunds):
- Gross misrepresentation
- Major undisclosed damage
Buyer Requirements (when refunds are permitted):
- Clear photos of the issue
- A written claim describing the problem
- Submission within 48 hours of delivery
