All TradeTack platform content, including our name, logo, website design, software, and branding, is the property of TradeTack and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.

Seller Content

Sellers retain full ownership of the original product images, descriptions, and content they upload to TradeTack.

By listing products on the platform, sellers grant TradeTack a limited license to use their content solely for:

• Displaying product listings on the website
• Operating and improving the platform
• Marketing and promotional activities related to TradeTack services

This license applies only for the duration that the content remains listed on the TradeTack platform.

Content Usage

TradeTack does not claim ownership of seller content and does not use seller materials for unrelated purposes.
