Product Trial & Return Policy

Product Trial Feature
  • Customers must pay the full purchase price at the time of order.
  • Upon delivery, the customer has 5 days to try the product.
  • If the product does not meet the customer’s requirements, they may request a return through TradeTack Customer Support.
  • Our team will create a support ticket and review the request in coordination with the seller.
  • Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Returned products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • Misuse of the trial and return feature may result in account suspension.
Buyer Requirements for Returns
  • Clear photos showing the issue or reason for return (if applicable)
  • A written claim describing the reason for return
  • The claim must be submitted before the trial period ends
Important Notes
  • Refunds are not automatic and require approval.
  • TradeTack and the seller together reserve the right to approve or deny any return or refund request.
